Subscriptions are billed in advance by cycle (for example monthly). Access remains active through the paid period.
You can cancel auto-renew anytime from the customer billing portal. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the current period ends.
Unless required by law, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges or clear billing errors are reviewed case-by-case.
